Placing your order
Many orders are straight forward and can be placed through the website.
If you prefer to order over the phone or by email we can do that.

Ergodesktop products are stocked in the UK by Project Ergo so we are able to dispatch most orders within 24 hours. In the event that an item is not available you will be contact promptly.
Most chairs are on on longer lead times, 1 week for quick-ship models or 4-5 weeks for other chairs or bespoke specifications. If you require items by a particular date please contact us.
We can provide a full delivery and installation service in many areas of the UK. Please ask for details.
Shipping outside the UK
We ship to most countries. Contact us for up to date shipping costs.
All products in the Kangaroo range are export packaged and we regularly ship throughout Europe and as far as Dubai and Hong Kong.
Returns policy
Any order can be returned for any reason, for a full refund, within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item please contact us in the first instance. Any item should be returned in the original packaging.
